Smart Vital Sign Measurement Station in Hospital Environment
Role

UI/UX Design, User Flow, Wireframe, i18n Interface Design, Multi-device UI Design

Industry

Healthcare / Smart Medical Device / Self-service Measurement

Scope

Measurement flow, multilingual UI, multi-device interface adaptation, localization, deployment communication

Outcome

Deployed at Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting multilingual operation for clinical environments.

Make multi-step vital-sign measurement clear and usable in a real hospital environment across different languages.

The station combines blood pressure, SpO₂, forehead temperature, height, and weight measurement in one self-service flow. The design challenge was to reduce hesitation during each step, keep instructions easy to follow on-site, and support multilingual operation for overseas deployment. The interface also needed to remain clear and consistent across languages and device formats, including the station touchscreen and portable devices.
