Healthcare / Smart Medical Device / Self-service Measurement
Measurement flow, multilingual UI, multi-device interface adaptation, localization, deployment communication
Deployed at Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting multilingual operation for clinical environments.
01 / Challenge
Make multi-step vital-sign measurement clear and usable in a real hospital environment across different languages.
The station combines blood pressure, SpO₂, forehead temperature, height, and weight measurement in one self-service flow. The design challenge was to reduce hesitation during each step, keep instructions easy to follow on-site, and support multilingual operation for overseas deployment. The interface also needed to remain clear and consistent across languages and device formats, including the station touchscreen and portable devices.
02 / Process
Turning healthcare workflows into a clear, multilingual user experience.
03 / User Experience
Designing a clear measurement experience across every step, language, and device.
04 / Result
From multilingual UI design to real-world hospital deployment.
The interface was prepared in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Spanish. The system was deployed at Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, including the B1 and 1F emergency entrance areas. The project brought together guided measurement flows, multilingual localization, and multi-device UI design in a healthcare solution used in a real hospital environment.
05 / Deployment & Communication
Supporting hospital deployment through localized visual communication.
A Vietnamese roll-up banner was designed for on-site communication and installed at key areas of Nam Sai Gon International General Hospital.
